Whether you prefer the solitude of a private office, with the dedicated focus space of your own desk, or the dynamic environment of a flex desk, we have got you covered. Our offices are furnished and customizable, letting you create the ideal workspace that reflects the style of your startup. Meanwhile, our coworking spaces offers opportunities for collaboration and networking with a vibrant community of entrepreneurs.

Flexible conditions

The needs of your startup can change in a heartbeat. With our flexible office solutions, you can upgrade to a larger, or downgrade to a smaller space mid-contract, exactly when your team needs it. You can get started with a minimal rental period of just three months after which you have the option to cancel monthly. Our offices come the desks and chairs you need, so just bring your laptop, and you are set to start working from day one.

As for our coworking facilities, we offer even more flexibility. We have two coworking spaces available for you, with over 30 flex desks in total. You can choose between a vibrant and lively space on the ground floor and a more quite area on the second floor, for those looking for focus. Coworking desks can be rented per number of weekdays and can be cancelled on a monthly basis.

What sets us apart from other office and coworking spaces are these unique features:

  • Startups get unlimited coffee, tea, Wifi and printing.
  • With over ten meeting rooms and five phonebooths available, there is always a convenient space for taking calls, hosting guests or having team meetings. Startups in our offices and coworking spaces enjoy use of these rooms for no extra charge.
  • There are plenty of nice spaces available in the direct vicinity. Besides our own lunch areas, you can grab a bite from the cafeteria in the building or get lunch at one of the foodtrucks on the science park. For a dose of relaxation enjoy an afternoon walk in botanical gardens.
  • Every day over 80.000 people visit the Utrecht Science Park to study or work at the knowledge institutes or one of the 150 companies located here. This provides plenty of opportunities to connect to networks, host and join events and find talent.
  • To fully utilise the potential of working from UtrechtInc, we encourage you to join our programs or our Foundership community so you get full access to all of the services our startup incubator has to offer. These include things like mentorship, events, expert trainings, discounts, templates and coaching.

We offer 30 offices in the following sizes:

  • Small 15 m²
  • Medium 25 m²
  • Large 50 m²

All of these offices are located on the second floor. Our smallest size offices are perfect for teams of up to 4 people and the biggest offices have workspaces of up to 8 people.
