While proficiency in Dutch is a plus, it’s not a requirement, as our community is very international.

🚀 Position overview

Our close-knit team consists of 6 individuals. As we aim to expand our presence and impact, we’re looking for a passionate and proactive Marketing Intern to work together with our Digital Marketer.

  • Start Date: July
  • Duration: 4-6 months
  • Workload: 36-40 hours a week

✍️ Responsibilities

  • Social media content and scheduling: Brainstorm, create, and schedule content for LinkedIn and Instagram, aligning with our brand voice and objectives. You’ll utilize tools like Canva. Schedule social media posts using Buffer and monitor engagement metrics to understand what resonates best.
  • Website content: Craft compelling content for our website, including blog posts highlighting startup successes, news articles, events, updating existing website copy for SEO.
  • Visual asset management: Organizing and maintaining our library of marketing materials, ensuring easy access to logos, images, and templates.
    Analytics: Assisting in tracking and analyzing social media and website performance to identify trends, optimize content strategies, and report on key metrics.
  • Events: Assisting in the organization and execution of events for our startup community.

Position overview

As a Student Startup Scout, you will help us find and support the next student entrepreneurs within the Utrecht Science Park. Take initiative to connect with lecturers, students, and stakeholders to expand our reach & impact the entrepreneurial journey of students.

Working closely with our team, your responsibilities will include actively promoting our student incubator program and events, demonstrating a “now or never” attitude in scheduling presentations and knowledge institutes.

This is a part-time opportunity with flexible hours, averaging 10 hours per week, which you can independently schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Step out of your comfort zone and connect with lecturers, students, and stakeholders to find promising student startups.
  • Follow up consistently and maintain personal contact with potential candidates.
  • Develop outreach strategies to promote our Student Validation Program.Represent UtrechtInc at networking events, career days, and student association events.
  • Create engaging content for social media, website, and promotional materials.
