Location: Utrecht
Duration: 4 – 6 months, 32-40 hours per week

As we embark on this exciting phase, we seek an enthusiastic Office Relocation Intern to manage and execute the relocation process effectively.
UtrechtInc is the startup incubator of Utrecht Science Park and we have created a community of more than 400 startups in our community in the fields of health, education and sustainability. Our mission is to help researchers, students and first-time entrepreneurs to validate their startup ideas in the market and build impactful companies. We do this by providing programmes, offices and tailored events. Our location plays a critical role in how we support our startups and lays the foundation for their future success.
Job Description
Moving to a new location in the Utrecht Science Park is a big thing for our startup incubator and our community of startups. We want to create an environment that is welcoming to our startup founders and has the same warm and vibrant atmosphere as our current offices. In short, a place where Utrechtinc can thrive for the next 15 years. As the Office Relocation Intern, you will play a central role in ensuring a seamless transition for our incubator and its member startups to a new facility. Your responsibilities will involve accurate planning, coordination, and execution of the entire moving process. Next to that, you will get a unique insight into the Utrecht startup ecosystem and the opportunity to develop your own entrepreneurial skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Keep a detailed list of all items for the move, and plan their placement in the new location
- Planning: Plan a timeline and checklist for the move and oversee the setup of the new office
- Communication and Updates: Keep all stakeholders updated and serve as the point of contact for inquiries
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a relevant HBO, or university study
e.g. Facility management, Project management or similar studies - Strong organisational and communication skills
- Some experience in event planning is preferred
- You are a problem solver and a self-starter
- You are both a planner and an executor
